About Us

When we set out to design our first collection we traveled extensively and our designs have been influenced by many cultures and adapted to suit the modern, urban traveler.  We wanted to design pieces that would last, so they needed to be versatile, to be able to be worn in different seasons and situations, and for year after year after year.  Silverflint's signature range of blankets and ponchos are rapidly becoming favourite items that our customers take with them wherever they go.  We spent a lot of time selecting yarns of the highest quality to give that luxury feel and so they will last the test of time.  We have taken the ethos of not being wasteful right through to the packaging that you receive your item in. 

The nomadic traveler and trader has been a key influence and through the Silverflint community we will be bringing you items from all over the world, that you wouldn't find on your local high street and that reflect the zeitgeist of a generation who are looking for clothing and accessories through which they can express their individuality and that are sustainable, ethical.
